Criminal Defense

As a criminal defense firm, we have broad experience representing individuals charged with a wide variety of crimes ranging from relatively minor summary offenses such as underage drinking and disorderly conduct to major drug crimes and violent felonies.  Our State College criminal lawyers also have extensive experience representing individuals charged with driving a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or controlled substances (DUI).  Attorney Julian Allatt has a strong track record of achieving excellent results including both favorable verdicts and plea agreements on behalf of clients who have been charged in connection with major drug trafficking offenses as well as violent crimes such as burglary, robbery, aggravated assault and attempted murder. In addition to representing individuals charged with a wide variety of criminal offenses, our practice includes
